Abstract

Humulus lupulus is a pharmaceutical plant with extensive application in the pharmaceutical NEI industry due to its healing ability. Obtaining the extraction of this pharmaceutical plant is done through the maceration method and it is not complicated at all, so it has been tried a simpler extracting method, is the extraction method with ultrasonic bath which is a method that is quite Advanced and very simple for extraction, and on the other hand, it is much cheaper than extraction with maceration, percolation or CO2 when analysed the extraction coefficient the results are almost the same with other methods of extraction. Unlike other methods, this has its advantages regarding the preparation of the raw material. Humulus lupulus does not require prior preparation before extraction, also the grinding degree is not an essential factor in achieving a higher degree of extraction. Therefore, there have been tried two samples, one of which was prepared grind, and the other sample was analysed without being prepared. However, it has undergone a direct extraction to prove the impact of preparation for extraction by analysing the dry mass for both samples, where the extraction curve has been compiled. The advantage of this method consists of the realization of the process under very simple conditions without influencing the process with other factors that affect the extraction process.
