Abstract

Career success depends on self-knowledge. A person who succeeds in knowing himself or herself to a greater extent manages to gain significant advantages not only for himself, but also for others (for society). Self-knowledge is the first step in building any career, and then comes training, appreciation of the characteristics, style of behavior, achieving goals in the most satisfactory way, correct decision-making, facing changes, responsible performance of one's function and constant upgrading, development and refinement of one's values. And the values of a person are manifested through his psychological characteristics: ability, reasonableness, intelligence, temperament, character, or through his virtues, objectified in the best works. Self-development management focuses on constant training of oneself, possession of knowledge, objectivity, impartiality, dedication, experience, skill and continuous awareness of changes in oneself and in the environment, as well as anticipation of their positive vibrations.
