Abstract
The Internet and social media among other, contribute for the development of creativity, the creative capacity and the modernization of the poetic expression. This is exactly what led us to approach a research on the literary contests in Republic of North Macedonia, which are dedicated to young promising poets, who, in turn, have the opportunity to express themselves in literature, exchange ideas, values and get to know different cultures. Our attention was drawn to the literary contest "Young Poet's Pens - Verses Build Bridges", i.e. the trilingual poetry collection resulting from it, which includes 18 poems by young unconfirmed poets, who write in their mother tongue (Macedonian, Albanian, Turkish). Various topics are touched in the songs, but love feelings and moods dominate. Our goal is to analyze the poetic expression of young creators, referring to what brings them closer together.
