Abstract
Myths explain phenomena to us, and are in figures, waiting to be exposed. In the novel Triumfi i Gjergj Elez Alisë, the author has created a facade to cover its mythological nature. This fact requires laying out and solving a problem, such as tracing the origin of a medieval myth. The national hero Gjergj Elez Alia is a figure of Albanian mythology and the postmodern perspective, which Ridvan Dibra gives breath and real feeling. On the other hand, this heroic figure for Albanians, Ivo Andric, with sarcasm, grotesque, and interpretations and projections. This research paper compares Ridvan Dibra's novel, Ivo Andric's work, and folk tales on the Song of Gjergj Elez Alia. The decomposition of the myth, the comparison of the two works, the conceptualization within, transforming it sometimes into a representation and sometimes into an allegory of mythological, philosophical, and aesthetic positions, and the relationships between rationality and irrationality would be discussed.
