Abstract

Historical memory, serving as a catalyst for a people's future, remains a pillar of resistance in cultivating aesthetic values for the benefit of a country. Albanian literature, created across all Albanian-speaking territories, has sparked curiosity among young creators. This spirit has taken root in a region where the foundations of the Albanian language were laid when the earth and sky were created, and which continues to preserve its national genesis: the Presheva Valley. This region has produced numerous intellectuals, writers, and poets who are cited today with great pride, particularly in the literary field. The legacy of these predecessors has been carried forward by young creators, who have succeeded in elevating Albanian literature—specifically poetry—to a place of distinct value and honor. The emerging poets entering the literary scene have introduced a new wave of innovation, addressing diverse themes related to the current reality and the daily lives of Albanians in this region. Through their literary art, they have conveyed a sense of individual freedom and spiritual healing. Their works demonstrate an unparalleled love for the people of this region and, above all, for albanian literature.
