Abstract

Përvetësimi i shqipes standarde është proces që fillon herët, qysh në arsimin fillor, vazhdon në atë të mesëm dhe universitar, për të mos u ndalë kurrë. Themi kështu për arsye se, gjuha është materie e gjallë që ndryshon, zhvillohet e pasurohet, prandaj ajo përvetësohet vazhdimisht. Kumtesa që po shtjellojmë, në radhë të parë, synon të nxjerrë në dukje kontributin e gjuhëtarit tonë të mirënjohur Rami Memushaj i cili rrëfeu në mënyrë dinjitoze rrugën e gjatë e të mundimshme të zhvillimit të gjuhës standarde shqipe. Ai na këshillon që standardi i shqipes së sotme mund dhe duhet të përparohet vetëm me energji pozitive, duke parë me kujdes gjithçka që i shkon për shtati natyrës dhe normës së saj. Shpjegon në mënyrë të argumentuar rrugën e mundshme të pasurimit, ruajtjes dhe kultivimit të saj dhe kundërshton të gjitha ato orvatje të pabaza të mendësisë prapavajtëse. Po të vërejmë me kujdes sidomos gjuhën e folur e të shkruar të institucioneve me ndikim: shkollës, masmediave të shkruara dhe elektronike etj., do të vijmë në përfundim se, shmangiet e normës së shqipes standarde, janë nga më të ndryshmet. Ato vërehen në rrafshin drejtshkrimor fonetiko-fonologjik, gramatikor, leksikor, si dhe në përdorimin e panevojshëm të fjalëve të huaja në vend të fjalës shqipe. Autori në tekstet dhe shkrimet e tij për shqipen standarde, përpos tjerash, flet edhe për çështje të normës morfologjike dhe drejtshkrimore, duke analizuar edhe shkaqet e thyerjes së saj. Kësisoji, përmes shembujve konkretë dhe analizës së thukët nëpër rrafshet e ndryshme gjuhësore, jep shpjegime për kahjen e zhvillimit të shqipes standarde. Përpjekjet e tij për ruajtjen, pasurimin dhe kultivimin e shqipes së normëzuar letrare, janë treguesi më i qartë që na mëson se si duhet folur dhe shkruar shqipja standarde. Zotërimi i shqipes standarde është proces që kërkon mund dhe angazhim të pandërprerë, prandaj, të gjithë jemi të obliguar të bëjmë përpjekje që ta zotërojmë atë sa më mirë. The acquisition of standard Albanian is a process that begins early from the elementary education and continues into secondary and university education which never stops. This proves to be so because the language is a living matter that changes, develops and enriches itself and it is constantly acquired. This research being carried out, first and foremost, aims to highlight the contribution of our well-known linguist Rami Memushaj who dignified the long and laborious path of development of standard Albanian language. He advises us that the standard of today’s Albanian language can and should be advanced only with positive energy, carefully observing everything that suits its nature and norm. It arguably explains the possible path of its enrichment, preservation and cultivation and rejects all those baseless attempts of the back mindset. If we carefully look at the spoken and written language of the influential institutions: the school, the written and electronic media, etc., we will come to the conclusion that deviation from the standard Albanian norm are the most varied. They are observed in the phonetic-phonological, grammatical, lexical spelling, as well as in the unnecessary use of foreign words instead of the Albanian word. The author in his texts on standard Albanian, among other things, also speaks on issues of morphological and spelling norms, analyzing the causes of its breaking. Thus, through concrete examples and in-depth analysis across the different linguistic fields, it provides explanations for the development of standard Albanian. His efforts to preserve, enrich and cultivate literary standardized Albanian are the clearest indication that teaches us how to speak and write standardized literary Albanian. Mastering standard Albanian is a process that requires continuous effort and commitment, so we are all bound to make the effort to master it well.
